Baked feta with roasted garlic, chilli and olives
This gorgeous baked fetta dish is creamy and delicious.Ingredients:20 clove garlic, peeled1 cup (250ml) extra virgin olive oil1.4 kilogram greek feta, drained1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped1 1/2 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves3/4 cup (135g) ligurian or other small black olives1 fresh long red chilli, seeded, sliced thinly1 tablespoon oregano leaves, extratoasted pita bread, to serve
