Fava Bean Dip: 1 1/4 cup soaked and boiled fava beans; juice of 1/2 lemon; 1 large garlic clove; salt & pepper – blend until smooth then emulsify in 3 tablespoons olive oil. Blend until creamy – Made this 🙂
