- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup Triticale
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup honey
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, finely sliced
- 1/4 cup Dried Apples, finely sliced
- 1/4 cup Dried Peaches, finely sliced
