Getting the consistency of the cocoa butter is important to be able to pipe into chocolate chips, but if you feel it’s too finicky, then just spread the melted and mixture onto a baking sheet, let harden, then chop into pieces.   • 1/4 c.

    cocoa butter

  • 1/3 c.

    cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp.

    Swerve confectioners’ sugar

Directions

    1. Step 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe bowl melt cocoa butter until just melted. Stir in cocoa powder and sweetener. Let sit at room temp for 12 to 14 minutes. When stirred, the chocolate will keep a “ribbon” behind the spoon that holds shape when ready. If the ribbon instantly melts back in, then it’s not ready. 
    2. Step 2Transfer chocolate to a piping bag fitted with a small round tip and pipe chocolate chips onto prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate until set, 10 minutes. 
    3. Step 3Store in refrigerator.
