This delicious seafood salad comes from Toast la Tea in Portland, Oregon. This incredibly tasty and protein packed salad is sure to be a crowd pleaser no matter how picky the eater. —Portland Food
Ingredients
- Seafood Salad

Asian Salad mix

Cucumber, chopped

Tomato, cubbed
1/4 cup
Roasted Peanuts, chopped
1 bunch
Green onion, chopped
1/4 pound
Squid, chopped
1/4 pound
Shrimp, small or cut into bite size pieces
2 shots
Lemon grass stalks

Homemade Garlic Fish sauce
- Homemade Garlic Fish Sauce

Directions
- Seafood Salad
- Wash salad mix and set aside.
- Sauté squid and shrimp with mashed lemon grass.
- Mix sautéed squid and shrimp with salad, cucumber and tomato. Top with peanuts and green onions.
- Homemade Garlic Fish Sauce
- Stir fish sauce and sugar until dissolved.
- Squeeze lemon and set aside.
