I’ve got a confession: I love coffee. Like, I really love coffee. But drinking it every day doesn’t always agree with me, so I’ve had to get creative with how I get my caffeine fix.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups strong coffee (480 ml/ 16 fl oz)
- 3/4 cup granulated Swerve or Erythritol (150 g/ 5.3 oz)
- 4 cups water (~ 1 L)
- 10 drops Stevia
- 3 bars 90% dark chocolate (300 g/ 10.6 oz)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder (10 g/ 0.4 oz)
- 1 tbsp vegetable glycerine (15 ml)
