Have you ever wanted to try to make homemade hummus? This recipe is a twist on the classic chick pea hummus because I use a milder cannellini bean (also known as white kidney bean). I love this recipe because it is so easy to make! Throw all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend it up! —Blakely
Ingredients
1/2 cup
Tahini Paste
2 cans
Cannellini Beans
2 cloves
Garlic
1 sprig
Rosemary-
Salt -
Pepper
1/4 cup
Olive Oil
Directions
- In a blender or food processor add the tahini paste, cannellini beans, garlic, rosemary, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Blend it together until smooth.
- Once everything is smooth slowly add in your olive oil.
- Put in serving dish and serve with pita chips or crudites.
