Cuvee des Trolls with food – portrait on a canvas print After a plethora of labels depicting monks, drunken patrons, dragons and gnomes, the producers of this lager decided to draw a troll on their new label, first bottled in 2000. It was aimed at a younger drinker and has been very well received. It is an unfiltered lager style so remains slightly cloudy and the addition of orange peel near the end of the fermentation adds a zesty note.
