I made this because I had the ingredients and it looked fun. To add some veg, I added a shredded small zucchini and shredded small carrot to the chicken layer. I also dolloped pesto over the chicken layer. It came out really yummy!

I have a peculiar fascination with finding new ways to make instant ramen. It is less about any love for instant ramen and more about creativity within a defined and limited boundary. I’ve seen and tried some interesting combinations, and I can now add this recipe to that growing list. This is way better than it ought to be given the simplicity and ingredients! I loved it!I used two packs of season (rather than one) and chicken strips rather than shredded, but it came out beautifully. I would not be embarrassed to bring this to a potluck.

Missing something
Made it last night. Very easy to put together. Not a bad dish by any means, it just needed some vegetables In it in my opinion. The next time I’ll steamed broccoli or bell peppers

Delicious, and easy too! I used a 11 x 13 baking dish and could only fit 5 blocks of ramen noodles (1 block split in half), which totally worked fine. The flavor was outstanding; make sure to use a good quality alfredo sauce. Even the leftovers are great – we just added a bit of cream before reheating to add extra moisture, since the noodles will soak up the excess as it sits. We like ours extra saucy, so next time I will add in the extra ½ cup of water noted in the directions. Mine was done at 20 minutes, so not only is delicious and easy, it’s quick enough for a weekday dinner! The whole family will love this one! FYI, 3 cups of chicken turned out to be about ½ a Costco rotisserie chicken.

I used canned chicken, chicken broth mixed with a little chicken gravy instead of water or heavy cream, added frozen vegetables also the cheese I used is shredded mozzarella and shredded Parmesan. I season with dried minced onions, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. My husband, son and daughter absolutely love this dinner and it’s super fast and easy to make. Oh one other thing I changed was I used one 15oz Alfredo sauce and one 22oz Alfredo sauce

Worth the effort
I didn’t have rotisserie chicken, so I made my own using boneless skinless chicken breast, which everyone thought made it really good. I only made half the recipe cuz it’s usually just my 2 and 1/2 yr old daughter and myself. But, my son and his gf showed up for the weekend, needless to say, they wiped out the entire dish. I wish I would’ve ate more when I did. LoL 😂 Next time tho, I’ll use a little more heavy cream and Alfredo sauce.

I saw this on Facebook and didn’t write it or save it so when I found it here I tried it. I made a smaller version with two ramen packs, one jar sauce. Added Italian seasoning and black garlic on top. I used an 8×8 pan but cooked as direct. Forgot to get cream so I took sour cream and wisked it with milk, (instant cream I guess). It’s just enough for two large servings and if it’s good, I will get more ramen and make the larger version. It’s cooking now as the picture indicates.Definitely easy and you can add things if you like such as onion, peppers, mushrooms etc
