- 50 g raw peeled onion
- 20 g extra virgin olive oil
- 150 g cream cheese
- 80 g Greek natural yoghurt or sour cream
- ¼ tsp Himalayan salt

Place onion into the mixer, chop 3 seconds / speed 5 / mc on

Scrape down, add oil cook 2 minutes / varoma temp / speed 1 / mc off

Add remaining ingredients and blend 20 seconds / speed 4 / mc on

Scrape down and blend 10 seconds / speed 3 / mc on

It will be ever so slightly warm but can be chilled or eaten immediately

Store refrigerated 5-6 days

Dice onion and saute in oil until translucent, cool

With a fork, or in a blender, add remaining ingredients and mix well
