- 1/4 c.
goat cheese, at room temp
- 1/4 c.
butter, at room temp
- 2 oz.
smoked salmon, finely chopped
- 2 tsp.
freshly squeezed lemon juice

pinch freshly ground black pepper

- Step 1Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Step 2In medium bowl, stir together goat cheese, butter, smoked salmon, lemon juice, and pepper until very well blended.
- Step 3With tablespoon, scoop salmon mixture onto baking sheet in 12 even mounds.
- Step 4Place baking sheet in refrigerator until fat bombs are firm, 2 to 3 hrs.
- Step 5Store in a sealed container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
