- 1 1/2
(8 oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c.
chopped fresh strawberries
- 1/4 c.
Swerve confectioner’s sugar

Zest of one lime
- 2 tsp.
fresh lime juice
- 3/4 c.
heavy cream

- Step 1In food processor, combine cream cheese, strawberries, and sweetener and pulse until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in lime zest and juice.
- Step 2In a separate large bowl using a hand mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until incorporated.
- Step 3Divide between popsicle molds and insert a popsicle stick into each mold. Cover and freeze until firm, 4-5 hours.
