Keto Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna packed in olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Spectrum mayonnaise (zero carbs)
  • 1 tablespoon Organicville Dijon mustard

Instructions:

  1. Drain the tuna, then combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
