Nam Tok Moo This is a SUPER EASY – REALLY DELICIOUS authentic Thai Dish. Everyone Ive ever made it for has loved it!! We serve it over rice because the sauce is the best part and its supposed to be seared quickly just until its at a safe temperature. I ALWAYS Freeze the meat first that Im using for this dish. Its an extra step to make absolutely sure its safe. 2 things – we prefer the Grilled method and we use Beef most of the time -Hope you try it!
