- 1 package confectioners’ sugar
- 3 Tbsp. meringue powder
- cup warm water
- Assorted food colorings

- Step 1In bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat sugar, meringue powder, and water until blended and mixture is very stiff, about 5 minutes.
- Step 2Tint frosting with food colorings as desired; keep surface covered with plastic wrap. With small spatula or decorating bags with small writing tips, decorate cookies with frosting (add warm water if you want a thinner consistency).
