Best Potato Soup: tried today 7/10/13…. Excellent. I halved the recipe and used home made chicken stock and cream instead of milk. Added a little garlic powder and 1/4 t. sage. Would also be a great base for seafood chowder or cream of chicken soup or substitute broccoli and some cheese for potatoes.
