One of my favorite healthy meals is making a Chicken Salad, adding some fruit and you have a wonderful main ingredient in any lunch. The Almond Peach Chicken Salad ingredients and cooking instructions are listed below.
2 c Diced chicken
1 c Green grapes; halved
1/2 c Toasted almonds
1 c Mayo or salald dressing
1/2 c Sour cream
1. Combine sour cream and mayo, and add to diced chicken till thoroughly mixed.
2. Add grapes, being careful not to smash them. Then add almonds, salt and pepper, and refrigerate.
3. Best when served on a croissant.
