Baked Grated Coconut dessert

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 of cinnamon or a small stick of cinnamon
  • 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
  • Zest from 2 limes
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Pre heat the oven at 375 F.
  2. Grate the coconut.
  3. Mix everything very well and put in greased baking mold bake it for 35 – 45 minutes (or until a stick comes out clean).
