It’s hard finding clean eating snack ideas, especially recipes that your picky kids will eat! These muffins are so good and made with just 3 healthy ingredients: bananas, oats and vanilla extract (plus the mix-ins of your choice like fruit, nuts or chocolate chips). They are great for kids of all ages especially toddlers. My kids like them for breakfast or even after school snacks. Great in their lunch box at school!
