  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1½ teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced scallion greens
  • 4 teaspoons canola oil
  • 4 large eggs
