This is a home made edition of a retro recipe consisting of chocolate Jell-O nestled in a cloud of Great Whip.
This is adapted from the recipe popularized by Typical Meals in the 70s.

- Produce: serves 4
- Whole time: two several hours and 30 minutes
- For The Pudding:
- two cups of your beloved selfmade chocolate pudding recipe (I utilised Bravetart’s Home made Jell-O Model Pudding)
- For The “Cloud”:
- 1/2 cup weighty whipping product
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ounces mascarpone cheese
Prepare your beloved pudding recipe (I used Bravetart’s Homemade Jell-O Design Pudding). Refrigerate pudding to chill and set.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, merge whipped product, sugar, and vanilla. Include mascarpone and whip on small to mix ingredients. Once entirely blended, maximize pace to large and whip right up until gentle and fluffy.
Spoon whipped cream combination into the center and up the sides of your wine glasses or martini glasses to make a perfectly for the pudding . Thoroughly spoon in pudding into the center. Provide chilled.
