Smoky Joe Slider

This is a smoky twist on a common “Sloppy Joe,” served up mini-type on slider buns. I primarily like the subtle sweet flavor that blueberry adds to barbecue sauce — who realized? For the reason that it just isn’t bound in a patty, you can also sneak much additional nutritious purée into this dish.

Incorporate the onion and meat to a soup pot and cook dinner about medium heat, stirring with a wood spoon to crack up the meat, about 5 minutes or right up until the onions are lightly browned and the meat is no longer red.
