Looking to make a healthy version of snack chips? Why not try making snack chips made out of butternut squash. Add a little seasoning and you’ll have a vegetable chip that will be a hit with many people. Please note that it takes about 9 hours to cook/prepare.
- 1 butternut squash, about 2 pounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped thyme
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
